Marsh Country Feeders LLC will replace, free of charge, any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for as long as you own your feeder. Should the tube (not to include the mesh bag) become damaged by animals such as squirrels or raccoons, Marsh Country Feeders will replace, repair or send a replacement tube at a cost of $10.00 including shipping and handling. This feeder is designed for outdoor use only and over time will become dirty and weathered. This guarantee does not cover feeder parts, which are dirty or weathered or have been subjected to abuse or misuse. This feeder is designed to be used only with thistle (nyjer) seed and the use of any other seed will greatly increase the chances of animal damage.
